With Happy Museau it is simple, quick and completely customised:
1 Take just a few minutes: we ask you for some essential information about your dog’s age, weight, breed, physical activity and special needs. It will take very little time, but it will allow us to create a truly balanced recipe tailored to your dog’s nutritional profile.
2 After your order we prepare the tailor-made recipe: our algorithm works out a perfectly balanced home-made diet, and only after receiving your data do we cook the meal exclusively for your dog, using fresh and natural ingredients, without any mass production. This is why we take 7 days to process the order produce and ship it to your home. In the case of automatic renewal, any cancellation must be received 1 week in advance.
3 Choose the duration of supply: you can decide whether to receive baby food for 1, 2, 3, 4 weeks, depending on your needs and habits. Shipping will be arranged according to your needs and the supply option you choose.
4 Home delivery: receive your Happy Museau box directly at home, with portions already divided and vacuum-packed to guarantee convenience and freshness.
5 Open, serve, love: all you have to do is open the box, pour the portion into the bowl and see your dog happy and full, with a meal as good as home-cooked but balanced according to his needs.
Happy Museau food is prepared in Italy, in a gastronomic laboratory specialised in pet food, authorised and compliant with current regulations.
Here, each recipe is cooked at a low temperature with an artisan and careful approach, just as you would do at home, but with all the guarantees of professional, controlled production.
Our workshop is located in Piedmont, an Italian region known for its culinary excellence and care in processing raw materials. It is an area where respect for quality and gastronomic tradition has been handed down for generations – and this is exactly what you will find in every Happy Museau package.
We use only Italian ingredients, carefully selected from trusted local suppliers: fresh meat, seasonal vegetables and raw materials of the highest quality.
The result is a healthy, safe and wholesome meal, prepared especially for your dog, with the expertise of those who know animal nutrition intimately and with the love of those who believe that our four-legged friends also deserve the best.
Happy Museau food arrives directly to your home one week after your order. If you have activated a recurring delivery, the delivery will be scheduled according to the plan you have chosen and your needs.
The food is shipped in temperature-controlled packages to ensure maximum freshness during transport. Once received, it is important to store it immediately in the refrigerator.
Vacuum packs have a shelf life of 1 month from the date of production if stored in the refrigerator, but you can also freeze them to extend the shelf life by up to 3 months.
After opening, the contents can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours.
