Return and Refund Policy

1. Return period

HAPPY MUSEAU products purchased if they do not meet the requirements for which they were purchased or have defects or breakages in the packaging may be exchanged or returned for a refund or credit within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please allow up to thirty (30) business days for a full refund, if applicable. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and accompanied by the sales invoice.   3. Also photograph any jars and inner packaging that show breaks or defects.
  4. Send the images along with any other relevant documentation regarding the problems encountered.
  5. Attach the order number and purchase invoice to the documentation.

After receiving a return, HAPPY MUSEAU will verify that the returned product meets the conditions of the return policy and will proceed with the refund or exchange if applicable.

The documentation provided will allow us to start the process quickly and efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory solution.

3. Refunds and Merchandise Credit

Once the return has been received, HAPPY MUSEAU will issue a refund or replacement of the goods.
