The HAPPY MUSEAU online sales service is reserved exclusively for adults purchasing items for personal, non-professional use (not for resale), and for legal entities purchasing items for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, having agreed to complete the required fields during registration and having a delivery address located in one of the areas served by HAPPY MUSEAU. Any purchase made in violation of the above conditions will render the buyer liable. HAPPY MUSEAU reserves the right not to fulfill any order that appears unusual or that challenges the principle of personal use. These general and specific sales conditions cover all items offered on the happymuseau.mc website (hereinafter "the Site") and exclusively govern the relationship between HAPPY MUSEAU (a sole proprietorship), headquartered at 7, Avenue des Papalins, 98000 Monaco, registered with the Registre des sociétés de Monaco (Monaco Business Registry) and identified by EU VAT number FR 62 0001 67 956, and its customers via the Site, to the exclusion of all other conditions.

Offer Validity
The validity of our ranges is guaranteed only during their online display period and within the limits of available stock. If an item is no longer available after an order has been submitted, we will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible to agree on one of the following: - postpone delivery while waiting for the product to be restocked if possible; - replace the product with an equivalent item in terms of quality and price; - cancel the order and refund any amount paid, in accordance with the terms and conditions defined in Article X below.

Username and Password
To register on the Site, you must select a username and an email address. You will receive an email to generate a new password. Your username and password constitute proof of your identity and you are responsible for any order placed using these identifiers. They hold the value of an electronic signature. You are solely responsible for your username and password and will be held solely accountable for any consequences resulting from their use by third parties who may have access to them, unless it can be proven that such access was due to a fault directly attributable to HAPPY MUSEAU. If you forget your password or username or suspect unauthorized access, a feature on the Site allows you to recover your username and choose a new password.

Form of Contract: Procedures and Proof
6.1 Registration and order confirmation: Any order placed results in a summary before being asked to confirm the order by indicating your chosen shipping address and payment method. Once confirmed, the order is automatically recorded and becomes final, subject to the legal reservations detailed below. Any order paid by credit or debit card is considered effective only when the card issuer debits the relevant amount. If the card payment is refused, the order is automatically cancelled and no compensation is owed to the customer, who is informed of the refusal by a message on screen from the card issuer.
